Our company has implemented and confirmed to IATF16949 system since 2017. Through 15 years of development and innovation, we already introduced a strict management system, mature technology and test equipment into production and quality delivery.

Mandrel Design

We adopt 3-in-1 one design to ensure that the finish of the mandrel reaches Ra0.35-0.45. Through the self-developed grinding process, the finish of the mandrel reaches Ra0.25-Ra0.3. This design and process ensures the quality and precision of the mandrel.

Tooling Design

We adopt special tooling design to ensure that the tolerance runout of the mandrel is less than 0.01 when changing tooling stations, thus ensuring the angle, finish, roundness and verticality of the working surface of the unidirectional needle roller.
